B. Applied Science M. Physiotherapy Practice
Lauren graduated from La Trobe University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and Master
of Physiotherapy Practice. Throughout her studies, Lauren gained invaluable hands-on
experience across a variety of private practice and hospital settings. She enjoys working
with individuals of all age groups and enjoys the challenge of diagnosing a wide variety of
injuries. Her rehabilitation plans are always focused around education, promoting healing
and preventing future injury.
Lauren is an accredited Strength & Conditioning coach (ASCA) and plays football with the
Williamstown Seagulls VFLW program and is familiar with the impact sporting injuries can
have. As a result, she has a keen interest in helping people get back to what they love doing,
from walking the dog to playing high level sport. Her passion for sports has influenced her
involvement with a number of different football clubs including Sandringham VFL, Darebin
Falcons VFLW and St Kevin’s Old Boys (VAFA), where she has gained experience in assessing
and managing acute and chronic sporting injuries.
Lauren consults out of the Heidelberg and Bulleen clinics.

- In her spare time, has taken to woodworking which can be found on instagram: Made.on.mondays
- According to a 2018 study, at 5ft 2in, Lauren is actually average height in Mexico!
- Inspired by Caleb Daniel and will be starting in the midfield for PhysioLife Physiotherapy Club in the North Eastern Physio League
