PhysioLife Online
Due to the current COVID-19 situation, we
have had to pivot and move with the times. We have fully joined the digital-online
health sphere thanks to our friends at Cliniko - which hosts our capability to
securely conduct telehealth appointments. This system adheres to all privacy
and data security requirements unlike a lot of the other available
teleconference applications.
Online Physiotherapy is perfect if you are
self-isolating, or unwell and cannot attend your regular physiotherapy
sessions. Our staff are well equipped to visually assess and provide treatment
advice via video feed.
To access this service, all you need to do
is either call our head office on 0394595849 or book online and select the 'PhysioLife Online' option when selecting a clinic. Once the appointment has been booked,
you will receive a confirmation email that has a link to join the appointment.
Your physiotherapist will also join the call. It is like really being there! But,
from the comfort of your own home or office if you are still making the trek

There will be an option to prepay via
credit card or you can call up and do so over the phone via our head office. Due
to this being a very new thing for us, we will be doing a special introductory
rate of $40 for all private Online Physiotherapy consultations. At this stage
there is no private health insurance rebate available, however this is likely
to change in April. We will let you know which funds open their doors to Online Physiotherapy
We will update you as new information comes
to hand regarding being able to complete Workcover, TAC, DVA and Medicare
appointments via Online Physiotherapy.
